Many dogs would like to have an owner
An inventive and emotional campaign to encourage the adoption of abandoned dogs in which dogs with “invisible owners” walk the streets in Mexico.
As in many countries, the Aztec country has a problem with many animals who cannot find an owner and end up living on the streets, many of them ill and sometimes worse, getting run over. The pet store, +Kota, along with various animal shelters, devised a fun campaign that could not fail to be noticed.
“The invisible owner” was created by the agent Young & Rubicam and consists of dog leads made with a rigid material that simulated an “invisible” person was taking a dog for a walk. To compliment this, dog collars carrying flyers in the shape of a bone invited people to adopt a dog through the webpage of +Kota.
As a result, 221 dogs found a new home and were given a second opportunity in life.
